Job summary

Eaton’s AER FMC division seeks an Aftermarket Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor based at the Jackson, MS facility. You will lead the manufacturing engineering team supporting repair, overhaul, and testing of aerospace hydraulic components, ensuring safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Relocation is not offered; ITAR compliance and on-site work in Jackson, MS are required. You will partner with Quality, Operations, and Design Engineering to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Technology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing or engineering experience not including co-op or internship experience.
• This position requires ITAR compliance; U.S. person status required.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT for this role; relocation not offered within 60 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities
