Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Aftermarket Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor based in Jackson, MS. Lead a team supporting repair, overhaul, and testing of aerospace hydraulic pumps, motors, and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft.

Responsibilities include ensuring CMM/compliant processes, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with Quality, Design, and Operations to meet customer commitments. Requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing or engineering; ITAR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Technology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing or engineering experience not including co-op or internship experience.
• This position requires ITAR clearance; U.S. person status required. Relocation not offered within 60 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers and specialists in aerospace aftermarket operations.
• Ensure processes comply with CMMs, drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance on assembly, teardown, inspection, repair, and testing.
• Support warranty adjudication and root-cause investigations.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
