Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers in aerospace build-to-print production.

You will drive NPI, process development, RCCA, and data infrastructure while partnering with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver stable, efficient, and well-controlled manufacturing processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Strong knowledge of multi-axis CNC machining, GD&T, engineering drawings, and process capability.
• Experience leading Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, or similar personnel.
• Proven experience implementing New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Experience with ERP, PLM, MES or related systems and data governance.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload for production, NPI, and commitments.
• Develop capabilities via coaching, training, standardization, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish standardized engineering processes, tools, and data governance in ERP/PLM.
• Drive NPI from planning through production stabilization and transition to repeatable production.
• Lead RCCA investigations and continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize manufacturing execution.
