Qualifikationen

• A four-year engineering degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace-type critical parts manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machining and materials like titanium & Inconel.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead process development and documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Define machining sequences, datums, and in-process inspection.
• Ensure risk mitigation in process development.
• Collaborate with Quality on APQP, MSA/GR&R.
• Industrialize and improve aerospace hardware manufacturing processes.
• Develop work instructions and manage process improvements.
• Support safety programs and cross-functional teams.
