Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead process and manufacturing engineering for aerospace-type hardware within the Government, Aerospace, and Defense Solutions group. You will drive robust, repeatable processes that meet AS9100 and customer quality standards while guiding engineers through complex manufacturing challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
At least 5 years in aerospace-type critical parts manufacturing.
8–10 years of manufacturing experience, CNC-centric preferred (titanium/Inconel).
Knowledge of fixtures & tooling for machining.
Proven leadership and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead process development and documentation to meet customer requirements.
Define machining sequences, datums, cutting strategies, and in-process inspection.
Ensure risk mitigation during process development to meet requirements.
Partner with Quality on APQP and MSA/GR&R.
Develop, industrialize, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace-type hardware.
