Job summary

Blue Origin’s manufacturing team in Space Coast, FL is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer II/III/Sr to help design and deploy efficient production lines for aerospace and lunar hardware.

You will translate engineering requirements into robust, repeatable processes, support DFx activities (DFM/DFA/DFT), and collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production to accelerate build timelines while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering role (3+ years Level 2, 5+ years Level 3, 8+ years Sr).
• 1+ years of experience creating English work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the industrialization of new products across vehicle integration, test, structural, mechanical systems, solar arrays, avionics, fluids, and thermal products.
• Translate engineering requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and production to accelerate building a road to space.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection plans.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Support RCA of process or product non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
