Job summary

Parker Aerospace, Exotic Metals Forming Division, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 2 (Safety Focus) to support safe and efficient production. You will assist with design, implementation, and review of processes and equipment while helping reduce hazards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include process flow planning, cost-conscious improvements, and collaboration with production teams to address safety concerns. A bachelor’s in engineering and hands-on aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
• Self-driven engineers who take ownership and hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment emphasizing safety and quality.
• Knowledge of data structures and database programming.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of manufacturing processes to improve production.
• Support process improvement projects focusing on safety, yield, and cost.
• Provide input to senior engineers on design concepts and specifications.
• Ensure basic regulatory and quality compliance in daily work.
