Addman Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes at our aerospace/additive manufacturing site. You will ensure AS9100 alignment, support ITAR requirements, and assist with daily production scheduling to meet monthly goals.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership while interfacing with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes process improvement, accurate quoting of costs, and mentoring others as the site grows.

10 years in manufacturing quality/technical roles.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed customer expectations.
Works independently with strong work ethic and completes tasks with minimal supervision.

Maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor.
Develop manufacturing reporting processes and lead integration into ERP/MES systems.
Assist in quoting manufacturing costs while meeting qualification requirements.
Assess and audit operator abilities.
Review hardware conformance at multiple stages (post-print, post heat treat, final inspection).
Mentor and train engineers as needed and participate in process improvements.
