Job summary

Tech Mahindra in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing projects through process planning, production readiness, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination. You will work with project, quality, operations, and engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet schedule, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Aerospace).
• 4–6 years of experience in creating, revising and reviewing Production and Manufacturing documentation/ Manuals.
• Experience in creating manufacturing planning and authoring assembly work instructions.
• Experience with advanced Manufacturing and Production methods and technologies.
• Experience in Build plan and Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP).
• Experience with Manufacturing Bill of Materials and reading engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support active aerospace manufacturing projects through process planning and production readiness.
• Assist in creating work instructions for installing components and assemblies.
• Perform data analysis and prepare production/manufacturing documentation data.
• Follow procedures, publication standards and government/customer specifications.
• Analyze Engineering Drawings, Modifications, and Product lifecycle processes.
• Maintain data in web-based or on-line tools.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts.
• Provide guidance and mentoring during project execution.
