Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for Ontario, CA, to develop and implement manufacturability-focused processes for aerospace components. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize design for manufacturability and drive scalable production methods.

Responsibilities include creating process controls, leading design reviews, and investigating manufacturing defects to sustain high-quality output in a contract environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering in an aerospace environment with metalic, composite, and TPS products.
• Solidworks experience
• GD&T knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and manufacturing of mechanical components and assemblies
• Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to develop and implement scalable manufacturing and assembly processes
• Create and maintain process documentation and controls for production
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing practices
• Investigate material failures and manufacturing defects
