Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with test plan development and test bench infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of hardware development or hands-on engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and commission manufacturing tools and processes for aerospace flight hardware production.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects and non-conformances.
• Implement lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) to optimize production processes.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and supplier teams to ensure readiness across production lines.
• Define operation steps in ERP and ensure traceability and conforming product.
