• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning, or related field.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to improve production methods, tooling, layout, and material flow.
• Develop work instructions to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
• Create MBOMs using SAP, Solumina, or Corridor.
• Draft rework instructions (DRDI/DMT) for corrective actions.
• Assess manufacturability and participate in DFM reviews.
• Use statistics to forecast requirements and analyze performance.
• Support make-or-buy decisions and vendor evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional project implementation.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to new and existing processes.
• Support safety, sustainability, and business continuity initiatives.
• Audit work and maintain documentation.
