Job summary

A leading aerospace manufacturing firm in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support and improve manufacturing processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within an AS9100 environment. You will lead engineering reviews, manage inspection processes, and implement innovative solutions. The salary ranges from $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years’ experience in an AS9100 (Aerospace) environment.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering review of inspection results.
• Support traveler/router development in ERP.
• Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
