Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
18 months of Manufacturing Engineering, planning, or related technical experience.
Proven ability to read and interpret engineering data and drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform technical studies and analyze operations to recommend equipment and methods for manufacturing.
Author detailed work instructions to optimize process efficiency and reduce defects.
Create DRDI/DMT rework instructions to support corrective actions.
Develop MBOM in SAP/Solumina/Corridor to ensure proper installation of parts during assembly.
Support make-or-buy decisions, evaluate vendors, and assist in negotiations.
Conduct investigations to ensure conformance to requirements and support project goals.
Lead project implementations across multiple organizations with minimal supervision.
