Frontier Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production activities, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing aligned with aerospace quality standards and customer specifications. You will collaborate across design, quality, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product introductions.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing engineering within aerospace or defense, strong CAD and MRP/ERP knowledge, and experience with lean and Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/defense/advanced manufacturing.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, welding, composites, assembly, additive manufacturing).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design manufacturing processes for a production facility.
• Analyze assembly, fabrication, machining, and other processes.
• Maximize efficiency by optimizing layout, workflow, and methods.
• Determine parts, equipment, tools, and processes to meet specs.
• Provide producibility information for project plans.
• Create work instructions and SOPs for production and test of propulsion systems.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Provide schedules and lead times for projects and customer timelines.
