Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design manufacturing processes for a production facility.
• Analyze assembly, fabrication, machining, and other processes.
• Maximize efficiency by optimizing layout of equipment, workflow, and workforce.
• Determine parts, equipment, tools, and processes needed to meet specs.
• Create work instructions and procedures; coordinate tooling and supplier interfaces.
• Provide producibility input for project plans and document best practices.
• Generate as-built reports for technical data package delivery.
• Support production with technical issue resolution and schedule planning.
