Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace seeks an Operations Engineer III to support manufacturing operations at the Brunswick facility. You will develop procedures, optimize processes, and mentor entry-level OE staff while interfacing with suppliers as needed.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, RCCA analysis, and producibility studies, with responsibilities spanning from process development to quality improvement in a high-precision aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 4 years manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or related technical experience.
• Experience interpreting G550 blueprints is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions for the assigned manufacturing process.
• Drive quality and efficiency improvements and manage daily work plan.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects to resolve issues.
• Lead or coordinate projects across organizations and apply Lean principles to processes.
