Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in STEM fields obtained by start date
• Experience in manufacturing processes and assembly of mechanical/electronic assemblies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily communications and documentation
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance; US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Write manufacturing plans and instructions per specs, quality, safety, and security.
• Generate Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Participate in tooling reviews and evaluate tool designs.
• Review hardware for compliance; document work/rework/repair and troubleshoot.
• Identify root causes of defects and improve processes; present CAB results.
• Troubleshoot to support production activities and project delivery.
