Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with coursework or projects demonstrating engineering principles.
• Background in Root Cause Analysis or problem-solving in manufacturing contexts.
• On-the-job training, research, coursework, or projects related to electronics or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Analyze and resolve design tolerance issues.
• Evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment, including cost/payback analysis.
• Support capacity planning and utilization analysis to ensure proper staffing and test equipment needs.
• Identify and address routine test defects and improve test yields.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve test failures.
