Job summary

RTX is offering a U.S.-based internship in Cedar Rapids for Electrical Engineering/CS-related work. Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related STEM major through the internship/co-op.
Background in Root Cause Analysis.
Relevant experience gained through on-the-job training, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

Provide technical interpretation of drawings and specifications.
Analyze and resolve design tolerance issues.
Evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment, including cost/payback analysis.
Support capacity planning and utilization analysis to ensure proper staffing and test equipment needs.
Identify and address routine test defects and improve test yields.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve test failures.
