Job summary

RTX invites students to join a full-time co-op in Bellevue, IA, from June to December 2027, working alongside manufacturing electricians, test technicians, and quality personnel to tackle daily issues and drive long-term improvements.

You will learn electrical engineering concepts, troubleshoot manufacturing test issues, and collaborate with engineers to develop tests and routings, gaining hands-on industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Relevant experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session that will run from June to December 2027 and work with manufacturing floor employees to solve day-to-day issues and longer-term projects.
• Analyze test failures to determine root causes and corrective actions, partnering with lab personnel, and assist in developing test/diagnostic programs.
