Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a motivated co-op student in Electrical or Computer Engineering to join our manufacturing and test teams. This full-time internship runs January through August 2027, with coursework paused to fully engage in the mentorship and hands-on projects on the production floor.

You will analyze test failures, develop diagnostic programs, and collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Test Technicians to address system issues, learn operation sequencing, and support

Qualifications

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
Relevant experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in a full-time co-op session January–August 2027.
Work with manufacturing floor staff to solve day-to-day issues.
Analyze test failures to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Assist in developing test and diagnostic programs for troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Test Technicians on studies.
