Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and facility systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

This hands-on role minimizes downtime and keeps equipment running at peak performance, with a 4th shift 7:00am–7:00pm and training on 1st shift before transition. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read schematics, sketches, and technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, pumps, furnaces, vacuum systems, and related equipment.
Complete equipment overhauls, repairs, inspections, and daily maintenance checks.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC system issues.
Maintain and repair plumbing, dust collection, and building systems.
Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
