Job summary

Chromalloy in New York seeks a Maintenance Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations.

This hands-on role minimizes downtime and keeps manufacturing equipment running at peak performance, with a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 11:00p-7:00a) and a 15% shift differential. Training on 1st shift is required initially.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, pumps, furnaces, vacuum systems, and related equipment.
• Complete overhauls, repairs, inspections, and daily maintenance checks.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC issues.
• Read sketches and equipment prints; operate maintenance equipment safely.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
