Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing setting. The role covers mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, electrical, and general facility maintenance to maximize reliability, safety, and production performance.

The position follows a 1st shift (Mon-Fri) with day-time hours. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, a solid understanding of blueprints, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a medium or heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and in-process documents.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuitry.
• Welding, plumbing, and carpentry skills required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and TPM/Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Document maintenance actions and communicate turnover to team.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Perform additional facility maintenance tasks as needed.
