Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.

You will read blueprints, perform PMs, support TPM initiatives, and uphold safety. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of maintenance experience; English communication essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical.
• Minimum welding, plumbing and carpentry skills.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
• Ability to certify color vision per electrical specs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Establish and follow PM schedules to maximize reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to diagnose equipment.
• Apply maintenance-related calculations for area, volume, current, and resistance.
• Perform facility repairs including drywall, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and irrigation.
• Inspect equipment regularly and address maintenance needs.
• Document actions and communicate with team; support TPM initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant work environment.
