Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components. You will operate production equipment, prepare materials, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a $2 shift differential. You will help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
• Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications.
• Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
