Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Vocational or trade school experience preferred.
• 1 year of related manufacturing experience or CNC practicum completed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional or CNC machines under supervision.
• Position tools and adjust cutting depth, speed, and coolant per work orders.
• Monitor machining processes and verify dimensions with precision tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices around the machine.
