Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FED division in Middlesex, NC is hiring a Machine Operator (Specialty) for daylight 4x10 shifts. The role involves setting up and operating wire-winders, yarn winders and braiders to braid Teflon hoses for Aerospace products.

You will move materials, perform quality checks, document data, and maintain a safe, efficient work area. Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience and a HS diploma required; $21.47 per hour with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work authorization for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Middlesex, NC preferred.
• Access to export-controlled information; U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and carriers based on work orders and setup sheets.
• Set up braider and load carriers onto braiders; feed hose into braider.
• Operate and maintain ultrasonic cleaner.
• Perform quality checks on braided hose (OD/ID, layline).
• Place braided hose in crates and complete setup of winders.
• Conduct daily maintenance on wire winders and perform tension checks.
