LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA in Torrance, California is seeking a skilled machine operator for the secondary operations area.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot multiple machines, read blueprints, and monitor SPC data to ensure quality and productivity.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least seven years in high-volume manufacturing, with strong safety and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot machines in the secondary operations area.
• Cycle machines and adjust tooling for correct tolerances.
• Assist operators to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Record data, perform housekeeping and follow safety regulations.
• Read blueprints, specifications and assembly instructions.
• Provide coaching to trainees and operators.
