Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking operators for a 1st shift position in Asheville, NC. This onsite role involves producing blades, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure steady production flow. The candidate will read process sheets, maintain TPM and 6S standards, and may train others while rotating across cells.

The job requires the ability to work a 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST schedule Mon–Thu, with potential overtime. U.S.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED is required.
• US citizenship required to access program/contract.
• Manufacturing experience or Advanced Manufacturing Certification preferred.
• Associate’s degree in business admin or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce blades and perform quality checks; overtime may be required.
• Read and interpret process sheets and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Demonstrate leadership and identify root causes of problems.
• Operate multiple production machines and set up and rework as needed.
