Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Asheville, NC seeks an Onsite Production Operator for a 6am–6:30pm alternate work week shift. You will run multiple production machines and help build turbine blades and vanes while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizenship required for program access.
• Previous manufacturing experience or related education helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines on the assembly line to produce blades and vanes and perform quality checks.
• Read process sheets, measure parts with gauges, and document results on check sheets.
• Clock labor in Solumina and perform Daily TPM while maintaining a clean work area (5S).
• Support shift requirements and may work overtime as needed.
