Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of machining processes and metal fabrication techniques.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other fabrication machinery.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Performing machining and fabrication processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Conducting quality inspections using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshooting machine operation issues and implementing efficient solutions.
• Ensuring products meet aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
• Following workplace safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe production environment.
• Collaborating with production teams, engineers, and quality personnel to meet manufacturing goals.
• Adapting to new technologies, machinery, and manufacturing processes as needed.
