Job summary

CFD Research is seeking a Logistics / Receiving Inspection role based onsite in Hollywood, AL to support AS9100 QMS compliance, property management, and inventory control. The position requires coordinating shipping, receiving, and calibration activities while maintaining complete traceability of government property.

The role collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality in the supply chain and will involve ERP implementation support and process improvement initiatives for

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in logistics/warehouse/supply chain/quality/inventory management
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Follow AS9100 QMS processes and support property management
• Perform receiving inspections and maintain quality records
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Maintain calibration and maintenance records
• Support ERP implementation and data entry
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
• Ensure material traceability throughout the supply chain
