Job summary

LogistiX Group in Miami is seeking a Pricing Manager for aerospace logistics to develop and manage air freight pricing strategies, working with commercial, operations and sales teams to ensure pricing is accurate and profitable.

You will liaise with airlines and agents, prepare quotations for air freight shipments including charter and time-critical solutions, and provide margin analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight pricing within aerospace or aviation logistics.
• Strong data interpretation for pricing decisions.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage competitive air freight pricing strategies for aerospace and aviation sectors.
• Prepare accurate quotations for air freight shipments including charter, time-critical and AOG solutions.
• Liaise with airlines, carriers and agents to procure competitive buying rates and capacity.
• Support RFQ responses and tender submissions with pricing input.
• Analyze market trends and rate fluctuations to maintain competitiveness.
• Maintain pricing tools, rate databases and CRM systems with current data.
• Collaborate with operations to align pricing with costs and service requirements.
• Provide commercial reporting and margin analysis to the Head of Aerospace Logistics.
• Build relationships with airline partners and key vendors.
• Ensure pricing activity complies with policies and regulations.
