You will design and develop mechanical solutions for military and commercial aerospace lighting products, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to sustain or innovate product lines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in STEM and hands-on 3D CAD modeling (CATIA/SolidWorks). Experience with DO-160 and PLM/PDM is a plus, and you’ll contribute to documentation, analyses,

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or advanced degree.
• Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CAD tools such as CATIA/SolidWorks.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and understanding of engineering principles.

Aufgaben

• Leading mechanical designs of aerospace lighting system parts and assemblies in a 3D modeling environment.
• Leading sustainability actions for existing in-field products with supply chain and manufacturing.
• Creation and/or support of technical and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, management, supply chain and production teams.
• Work with international project teams and align with customer requirements.
