Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace unit in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Aftermarket Licensing programs within AMTS. This onsite role requires coordinating with customers and licensees to manage milestones, deliverables, and program expectations.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of licensing agreements, audits, and cross-functional teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program management oversight for licensed programs ensuring successful execution of all contractual and technical obligations
• Coordinate with customers and licensees to manage milestones, deliverables, and routine communications
• Serve as the focal for case management across Collins MROs, providing timely technical guidance and issue resolution
• Lead cross-functional coordination with AMTS, Spares, Warehouse, CAE, AMP, Licensing, and repair engineering teams
• Manage contractual compliance of global MRO network licensees through planning, scheduling, and on-site audits
• Prepare and lead program leadership reviews with internal and external licensees and communicate program health
