Job summary

Expleo Group USA seeks experienced Aerospace Manufacturing / Industrial Leads to optimize processes, drive Lean transformation, and improve operational performance across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing programs in Washington State.

The role focuses on takt/cycle time analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on visual management and 5S. Leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline; 10+ years manufacturing/IE experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading Lean manufacturing initiatives and takt time / cycle time studies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to maximize productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead shop floor process optimization focused on bottlenecks, throughput, and performance.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and procedures.
• Support capacity planning for current and future production.
• Assist NPI, ramp-ups, and manufacturing readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
