Job summary

Expleo Group USA is seeking experienced Aerospace Project Managers to support current aerospace program execution, customer delivery, and operational excellence initiatives in Washington State.

Our Project Managers will lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex aerospace programs by managing roadmaps, KPIs, cross-functional teams, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in aerospace/defense/manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Aerospace program experience with aircraft, UAV, or defense programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid; EVM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of program activities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Monitor scope, schedule, resource allocation, and performance.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations deliverables.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
