You will interpret CNC programs, GD&T, blueprints, and inspection data, ensuring quality and efficiency while minimizing waste. This role emphasizes precision, safety, and collaborative teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years CNC lathe machining experience.
• Ability to read CNC programs and operational layouts.
• Knowledge of GD&T and measurement techniques.
• Tooling knowledge for CNC setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate multi-axis/multi-turret CNC lathes.
• Read and interpret CNC code on twin-turret lathes with live tooling.
• Calculate feeds and speeds to maintain tight tolerances.
• Select and replace tooling as needed; follow setup procedures for improvements.
• Read layouts, blueprints, and GD&T requirements; collect SPC data.
• Operate inspection equipment and minimize waste; ensure safety and quality.
