Neotech in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a full-time technician for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on operating and maintaining equipment, performing start-up/shut-down routines, and adhering to manufacturer procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and some machine operation experience. Responsibilities include laser weld work, machine shop tasks, and environmental stress screening per MIL-STD-883.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining machinery per guidelines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple equipment.
• Proficient data entry in Microsoft Excel on Windows PCs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment and perform start-up/shut-down routines as documented.
• Laser weld and machine shop tasks involving HASS CNC and Bridgeport milling.
• Environmental stress screening per MIL-STD-883 including tests and marking.
• Start equipment, verify program name, and run profiles.
• Perform daily/weekly preventive maintenance and log results.
• Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions and start-up/shutdown procedures.
• Adhere to ESD, FOD and product handling requirements.
• MSD handling per MSL and clean room/microscope work as needed.
• Use small hand tools to remove FOD debris; support 6S objectives.
