Neotech in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate and maintain precision equipment used in laser sealing and module testing. You will perform start-up/shutdown routines, execute preventative maintenance, and document results in our MES, while adhering to ESD, FOD, and MSD handling requirements in a clean room environment.

The role requires hands-on work with small tools, ability to follow detailed procedures, and capability to work under microscopes with strong attention

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance per manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Ability to input data in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate a Windows-based computer and record results.
• Ability to work with small hand tools to install/remove components.
• Ability to work in a clean room and under a microscope when required.
• 1–2 years of relative experience or education.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment per procedures.
• Perform start-up and shut-down routines for equipment.
• Demonstrate hermetically sealed module assembly per MIL specs as applicable.
• Conduct daily/weekly preventative maintenance and log results.
• Follow manufacturing process instructions and 6S objectives.
• Input product data into manufacturing execution system (MES).
• Work with tools to remove debris and ensure proper handling of MSD as per MSL.
