Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking a Weekend Shift Laminator I for our Sumner, WA location. The role laminates composite components per drawings and SWI, ensuring material integrity and correct documentation. It is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive benefits package.

Candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, the ability to read detailed instructions, and basic math and computer skills. PTO and holidays are included, with opportunities for growth within the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI.
• Wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for curing.
• Verify materials and ensure alignment with the manufacturing plan.
• Check part ID tags and sign off on work performed.
• Adhere to schedules, takt time, and production requirements.
