Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or other hands-on experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable reading and following detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lay-up composite materials on mandrels per plan and SWI.
• Check documentation for manufacturing planning and report discrepancies.
• Verify materials against the manufacturing plan.
• Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed.
• Adhere to schedules and takt time for production requirements.
