Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace in Sumner, WA is seeking a Weekend Shift Laminator I to support the production of composite components. The role involves laminating materials on mandrels, following SWI, and ensuring part IDs and documentation accuracy.

This is a full-time, non-exempt daytime shift option with a 6:00 am – 6:30 pm schedule Fri-Sun. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and follow demonstrated steps.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Acute attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI.
• Wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for curing.
• Verify materials against the manufacturing plan and document discrepancies.
• Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed.
• Adhere to schedules and time allowances for production requirements.
