Qualifications

• 8 years minimum experience with foundation brake hardware testing and leadership.
• Experience with ISO17025 is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead technical activities and guide teams by example.
• Experience in laboratory process improvements and 8D/PCA solutions is valued.
• Knowledge of DFMEA and DVP&R processes and reliability methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily test activity and performance of direct reports, engineers, and technicians.
• Leads test planning activities for disc/drum brake product lines and related components.
• Manage test resources, calibration, efficiency, and utilization.
• Develop metrics to drive productivity and quality improvements.
• Provide technical direction and support to technicians performing tests.
• Interface with internal and external customers and present findings.
