Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our technology infrastructure. This on-site role spans systems engineering, network management, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and project delivery across Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud environments.

You will build and maintain servers, networks, and automation, lead infrastructure projects, and provide Tier 3 support. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required for this Playa Vista position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive IT engineering and admin experience.
• US citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and cloud infra.
• Ability to lead IT infrastructure projects and support Tier 3 issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Apex infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud.
• Administer servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud resources.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux environments.
• Manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network policies.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects and provide Tier 3 support.
