Job summary

Relativity Space is hiring an Inventory Specialist II in Long Beach to own inventory operations and become a subject-matter expert for ERP/MES systems. You’ll ensure materials flow accurately and on time to production, manage cycle counts, validate incoming parts, and support aerospace FOD/ESD standards while maintaining 5S in your zones.

You'll work first shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory, logistics, receiving, or material handling.
• 1+ year forklift experience with OSHA certification.
• Experience using ERP/WMS with audit trails.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute all inventory transactions in real time using ERP/MES.
• Lead daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify incoming material as quality gate before production inventory.
• Pick, kit, and provide parts for on-time delivery to production.
• Maintain 5S and proper storage of ITAR material; ensure traceability.
• Communicate ETAs, flag issues early, and propose process improvements.
• First shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. PT with overtime.
