Job summary

Castelion is a high‑velocity defense manufacturing company focused on accurate inventory management. You will ensure inbound, outbound, and cycle counts are precisely tracked, aligning physical stock with ERP data to support production schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands‑on execution, attention to detail, and collaboration with Purchasing and Production teams in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material management or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling hazardous materials.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and document inbound inventory per procedures.
• Coordinate shipping and document outbound materials.
• Maintain ERP stock levels and locations alignment.
• Own cycle count program and inventory accuracy.
• Perform physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and cross-functional teams to resolve variances.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support daily production kitting and material flow per monthly plan.
• Optimize storage locations for space and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation compliance and security.
