Castelion Corporation is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Midland, TX to maintain inventory integrity across physical and system environments. You will partner with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of materials for production schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Material Management or related field.
• Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills to analyze and reconcile data.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Track, receive, identify, and document inbound inventory per procedures.
• Coordinate shipping activities and document outbound materials.
• Maintain alignment between physical stock and ERP data.
• Own and maintain cycle count program for inventory accuracy.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing/Production to resolve variances.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support daily production kitting and ensure material flow per plan.
• Optimize storage locations to improve space and accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, documentation standards, and security.
